The speed gate manages regular member access via a passage with moving glass wings. Once authorization is verified, access is granted. This solution supports a smooth check-in process, especially during peak visitor times.

Beyond functionality, design plays a key role. A speed gate blends visually into modern studio concepts and creates a professional impression right at the entrance. For operators looking to modernize their reception or planning a new studio, this can be an important selection criterion.

Depending on the model, the speed gate is available with glass widths of 600 or 900 mm and heights of up to 1,300 mm. The additional swing gate provides a separate, wider passage.

The turnstile guides members through the designated entrance one by one. Once authorized, the individual can pass through. This creates a clear separation between the reception area and the training floor, supporting your team with daily access control.

This combination is particularly attractive for studios looking to structure their existing check-in process or implement physical access control for the first time. The Swing Gate complements the turnstile in areas where the standard passage does not provide enough space.

Why the Swing Gate is a smart addition to both packages

The main passage handles daily check-ins. The Swing Gate expands the system by providing an entrance for situations that require a wider passage.

The ID SWING GATE 2400 is available in the offered glass versions with a width of 900 or 1,200 mm. This allows for convenient access for members using wheelchairs or mobility aids, for example. Whether the entire facility is fully accessible depends on the specific layout and the actual clear passage width available.

On the landing page, the Swing Gate is also intended to serve as a separate emergency exit. This function must be coordinated with the escape route plan and the required control system during project planning.

Access control that fits your existing system

For the combination to work in everyday operations, the gate, access reader, and authorization management must work together. The solutions can be configured with readers from various manufacturers. A physical access barrier improves passage control. However, it does not prevent the sharing of a valid membership card on its own. If you also want to reduce this type of misuse, the identification process must be supplemented accordingly.
