Attachments such as mowing heads are automatically identified directly on the specialized vehicle. The appropriate vehicle or machine profile can then be selected, and the operating time can be documented. The MPR Series RFID readers are available in HF and UHF variants, including the MPR IA M30 and MPR IA MR UHF.

This prevents incorrect configurations and ensures that operating times can be tracked reliably.

Only authorized employees can start a machine or operate specific vehicle functions, such as opening the tailgate of a trailer. Employees are identified directly at the vehicle using an RFID card or key fob with the MPR IA HF or the compact MPR M30 HF.

Tool Management

Tools and equipment are permanently marked with NFC transponders or UHF tags. They can be identified either on site using a mobile handheld reader such as the C9 RED or automatically at a fixed identification point using a UHF reader such as the RFline E4. This ensures complete transparency regarding inventory, location and operating time.

Inventories are simplified, and missing tools can be identified more quickly.
